It is sleek and easy to use tool with good user interface. I like the task management which automatically assigns tasks to my users.
The software is great, but the customer service is even better. CRM integration makes a company very dependent on a platform, because switching to another is not easy and it takes weeks to get all the settings to your liking. But I can say that if Engagebay goes in this direction (as far as I can see now) I will be here for many years!
