What do you think? …

Kevin Urrutia
Hey I'm Kevin, I'm the creator of Email Honeypot I spent a few years working in marketing and switching back to software dev. I spent a lot of time convincing brands to email more frequently and send coupons to fight the "our brand doesn't email" syndrome I saw. So I built Email Honeypot for marketers and brand owners to see all the emails brands are sending out. For instance, you can see a popular DTC brand like Casper emails almost once a day! I am also surfacing different coupon codes that brands are sending out and also surfacing email data so that, as a marketer, you can make more informed campaign decisions. I will also add email templates in the future so you can easily create an email from an email you might like. I would love to hear what you think about it. Kevin

This is a great idea... How are you sourcing the emails? How many emails do you have already... Do you think it can be used like a scrapbook to get ideas from?

@cyriljeet, I am currently signing up for them manually. I have tried a few methods, but with all the popups and different ways forms are coded, I haven't been able to automate it. We currently have about ~600 brands and are getting anywhere between 150-300 emails a day. I'm already seeing trends we want to source later, such as email sending times, emails per month, and common codes used.

This is a really useful resource for email marketers to find inspiration. Thanks for putting this together Kevin. Congrats on the launch 🔥

@nithin_jawahar Yes, that was the main reason. I want to be a source of email inspiration, but I also want to be able to build templates into emails. This then allows a marketer to import the template into Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
