IDK if there's a problem with the app version for Premium PAID users, but since I paid for my premium suscription NOTHING in the app works, its simply awful to use and it has been more than 3 months since I'm complaining about this and nothing has changed... Don't waste your money in this app.
Bad UX for new users. I wanted to receive feedback after reading the passage and answering questions about English learning goals that Elsa asked, but after submitting, I was asked to create an account and forced to follow another flow for onboarding. Too troublesome!
