Andrew, I love the idea. It was fun to see the social proof of the community as soon as I scrolled down. Performance reviews are often troublesome for serial founders as well, to say nothing about first-timers. Given that information, would you agree that the website can be made a bit simpler? I'm curious to know if you think that we can remove some distractions from the main page so my eyes know where to focus first. What do you think?

As an intern, I'm currently developing a similar project for our company's internal use to facilitate self-evaluation and feedback exchange among employees. Although our project does not involve AI and wants to integrate with teams only.

Super cool idea. I have worked for several startups and in different HR positions. I think this is a great tool that will help facilitate meaningful conversations as people get ramped up to a company and the workflow.
