@ethan_c Great concept, I'm a firm believer in gamification as a motivator. I have a question about how Earnify could work in a cohort that has different targets - for example, in a past sales life I worked with teams that had loftier sales targets with friendly companies, and with teams that had lower figures to hit but harder clients to deal with. How would Earnify account for the difference in targets to make it a fair competition?
@kay_pengelly Hey Kay, great question! I've seen both side of SMB to Enterprise sales development, working with hard and easy prospects. Earnify is currently designed to set an activity goal, as well as contest durations and prize amounts. From there you can assign contests to specific employees, allowing you to set specific contests and assign them to different teams (like SDR vs AE). We give flexibility for managers to determine how many days it would take to reach goals & the appropriate reward, given every sales cycle is unique.
