Congratulations! App Tracking Protection looks amazing - I'm really curious to see its impact on behaviour of apps I'm using/adds I'm seeing.
Is it necessary for the app to be open in the background so trackers can be prevented?
First of all, the name... Duck Duck Go. Come on... How about just DuckGo or something for heaven's sake! Ease of use! Then, the font on the site... Hard to read! Sorry, just don't want to go further than that with DDG.
Main alternate browser with a privacy focus, with tracker identifiers I get to know which sites I visit are tracking me and what trackers they are using. Most if not all are blocked.
DuckDuckGo initiated to protect privacy at the right time and place. When customers understand that privacy is a human right, people appreciate it. Communities will get more power against big tech companies.
