Dropbox is a very useful tool because it allows me to access my files from anywhere and easily share them with others. It's simple, hassle-free and fast to use. I tried several similar services and for a long time I couldn't find a better one. (Eventually I switched to iCloud because of the Apple ecosystem.) In a corporate environment, OneDrive is probably more popular, but as a private person - if you are not an Apple user - I would definitely recommend Dropbox!
Makes storage much easier having options for storage till 3 TB which is a good amount for small business
Makes storage easy. Lots of good storage options, all the way to 3 TB.
