Hello everyone! Super excited to be here. I'm Andrei, CEO at Elegant E-Learning. We created Driving-Tests.org to help people get ready for the written part of their DMV test. We figured that the driver's manual alone was just not enough because it's so dry and boring. The missing part was practice and interactivity, so I thought it would be fun to provide a quiz-like experience with instant feedback and detailed explanations for every incorrect answer. The scientific background for this is the “testing effect”, or "repeated retrieval" phenomenon: quizzes help the brain learn (http://lrc.cornell.edu/events/pa...). All our practice tests are state-specific and are based on the official manual. So far the feedback has been fantastic (http://driving-tests.org/permit-...).
