How are you supposed to use the service if you do not bank with one of the banks that obviously pays you money to be involved? Any other service that I have EVER entered my bank information into has allowed me to enter it manually, but AGAIN you don’t have that option because my bank, even though it is one if the largest banks used by Military personnel, won’t pay you to be part of your site. If you really CARED about your customers you would provide the option to enter you account credentials manually.
I belief this product is at its core a rotten idea. I really hope that somebody will find a way to hurt your business model in a similar way or even better: destroy your company in the progress. You do not respect other peoples businesses and you do not deserve any respect yourself.
I have used this for many issues I needed help with and it is fabulous. It’s saved me so much time and money! One thing I wish you would add is the ability to see what the submission was for. I have done multiple submissions at once and I don’t always remember what I said or what they were for.
