This company reeks scammy business practices. Their travel deals are not worth it. And of course they have a no refund policy! That alone should tell you to stay clear from them! Watch out for their non-refundable renewals!
As most everyone knows at this point, Dollar flight club is a complete scam. I signed up for their service and did not receive one flight by email during the entire period. Of the flights listed on the website, most can be found cheaper simply by using google flights. There is no sophisticated algorithm, no attention to detail, and no real passion. It's a complete waste of money. You are better off just checking google flights from time to time.
Pretty useless. Nice to see good deals, but unless you can fly anytime, for any duration to any location it doesn't provide useable deals.
And their non-refundable auto-renew is entirely unethical.
So last year, I signed up for the premium membership with Dollar Flight Club. I never used it because I found better deals on FREE sites.
About a month ago, they sent me a customer appreciation email. At the very bottom, they reminded me that my membership will auto-renew in 30 days. I didn't see that part because it was no where in the title of the email about an auto-renew date, and the details were at the very bottom. I cancelled on the renewal date. They charged me anyway. When I emailed them, they refused to refund it. Again, I NEVER USED THE SERVICE, and let them know that I wanted to cancel because it wasnt a benefit. They were rude in emails about how they won't refund me. Garbage service for a small company.
This is a warning to either look for better deals elsewhere or put a reminder in your calendar to cancel at least a few days before the auto-renew.
Truly, their deals can be found elsewhere and often times cheaper on other sites. Do your research.
You are signing up for a huge amount of spam. In my case, I've tried many, many times to unsubscribe, but they still continue with different email names to get around it. Their services don't seem to me to be of any value at all. Research actual reviews online and the BBB for more info, not just press releases disguised as articles.
My recommendation is DO NOT DO IT!
