Useless. I checked a few cities that have many direct flights. It said there were none, which is BS.
I am a travel agent myself and I'm quite disgusted at the fact that this company receives refunds and holds them for their own use. My own mother as well as a very close friend booked through them and both had to go to extreme lengths to get refunds. My friends refund is still pending from a flight that was booked 3 years ago. As an agent I wanted to advise people never to use this service because a service it is not.
