@tom_marsh and I have been working on Digsby for the last 18months and we're really excited to be launching here! We've seen the problems guests have keeping track of information sent from hosts about their holiday rentals, and we also know how hard hosts work to get good feedback. Our goal with Digsby is to make the hosts life much easier, at the same time as enhancing the guest's experience.
What is Digsby?
Digsby helps AirBnb (and other short term rental) hosts provide immediate replies to their guests questions anytime, anywhere. Rather than provide guests with a folder in the property to read or long emails to scroll, Digsby allows guests to ask questions naturally and receive rich responses on their phones.
How does Digsby work?
Hosts add their property details to the website and then provide their guests with an access code (we provide a printable flyer for the property, an email template and easy ways to copy the required info) or link. Guests simply chat with Digsby through Facebook Messenger, asking the questions they would normally ask the host and getting back instant replies.
Digsby has been trained with a lot of phases and questions to make sure that the guests questions are understood. Digsby can answer questions about the property as well as the local area.
