🥰 Nice! Whats your fair process theory? I feel that part is the crucial part when doing hiring. It's a little like investors and VCs. You want to know their investment theorem up front to see if it's worth your time. VCs of course are reluctant to share it sometimes, as they want as much deal flow as possible. What are your thoughts around hiring theorems?

So our hiring process and the fair process is aligned with the idea that this tool is there to help recruiters and hiring managers reach to the best candidates. One way we ensure that the process is fair is that we evaluate the candidates response based on the job description requirements and hiring criteria for the HM. So if someone is looking for a data analyst and they only care about sql expertise, that is the question the AI is going to ask and evaluate the responses on.
In the end the AI is just helping the recruiter assess the candidates rather than doing everything by itself

@kyrylosilin Right now we give basic reporting on how well the candidate performed based on their responses to behavioral and technical questions. It is however completely customizable based on hiring team's needs.
For consistency and fairness, we will make sure that all candidates are ask same or similar question for a particular job role. If you test out our app right now , its the same script that is being asked to everyone with slight variations for a software developer role. At the end of interview we ask for feedback from the candidate as well to understand and improve upon an issues they have .
We also scrub any and all information about the candidate and have programmed our LLM not to ask any questions about someones race, ethnicity, geneder etc to avoid any biases. Even prompting the AI to have it ask those questions wouldnt work :) . Its a work in progress but we are confident that we have a built a tool that is consistent and fair !
