It was a great experience using DevHunt to launch our company tool, Livecycle, on the platform. I appreciate how it has minimal competition and only allows a limited number of tools each week, requiring submission weeks prior. Great work!

I don't have much to say.
Why?
Because DevHunt is simply a fantastic idea. IMO it's the missing puzzle, and has always been.
As a dev myself, I found several hidden gems through that platform already. Awesome stuff!

Great work and stoked that https://dfrnt.com was #2 hunt of the week a few weeks back!! Thanks for a great platform, I think it really adds to the ecosystem. Time for a Product Hunt for DFRNT soon, follow me to get notified as my Data Product Builder gets launched!

DevHunt is a safe space for devs. We can launch there, exchange experience, and make a valuable impact. That's exactly what's needed for all of us as developers, dev-preneurs, and indiemackers. Looking forward to the evolution of the whole community

HUGE congrats on the launch! As a design agency, we often need a reliable source to find devs in order to supply the needs of our clients. Couldn't be easier with DevHunt.

Hi Team, fantastic idea! Congratulations on the launch!
Just wondering: what's the approximate audience you already have?
And is it possible to launch on DevHunt a dev tool already launched on Product Hunt?
Keep up your great work!

Yes @johnrushx !!!!
Thank you for Dev Hunt 🚀
This is solving the issue with Product Hunt.
PH has gone downhill due to bots and paying for top spots.
Dev Hunt brings the good days of PH back.
No more paying for spots.
Let's go's team! Let's get to #1!!!!

Wow, DevHunt sounds like a dream come true for developers! I can't count the number of times I've struggled to find relevant dev tools on traditional platforms.
Being open-source is a fantastic choice! It allows developers to contribute and improve the platform, making it even more valuable for the community.
I'm curious: how does DevHunt prioritize the visibility of dev tools? Are there any specific algorithms or mechanisms to ensure that relevant devices are easily discoverable?
Also, have you considered integrating user reviews or ratings? It could be helpful for developers to see feedback from their peers before trying out a new tool.
Once again, great job creating a platform that caters to developers' needs. I look forward to seeing DevHunt grow and become the go-to place to discover excellent dev tools!

Absolutely fantastic, I have been waiting for such a platform for a long time, it's really exciting to get all the dev focused products highlighted in one place! Nice job!

Hi everyone, as FOSS Advocate and tech enthusiast I've dabbled with many software voting platforms (AlternativeTo, PH, Slant just to name a few). Most of them try the one-size-fits-all approached. I like DevHunt as it specifically trying a niche which align with my field of interests, where I look for stack to make my journey as self-taught SWE a tad bit easier.
Kudos to DevHunt team. Up, up and away 🚀
