I'm Rupak, one of the founders of Culturely. Glad to meet you all.
We have been working on Culturely for the past few months and are very excited to unveil it to you today. We created Culturely with the belief that improving the culture and people can make every organization great.
To start, we are launching only 2 modules - OKRs π― and 1:1s π as part of the 1st release. We are also adding more features to them in the next couple of weeks. We'd love for you to try it with your team and send us the feedback and feature requests you may have!

?makers, the onboarding was seamless and I was able to create my objectives very quickly. I am new to the concept of ratings for objectives, definitely will try. Any assistance in that matter will be much appreciated.
@christina_vultus Thank you for the kind words. Yes, an Objective with ratings is definitely a new concept. Our concept behind it is - as part of the continuous improvement process, you need to assign a rating and give feedback to team members about their performance for that quarter. This will help them see how they are performing quarter over quarter.
the idea si good as managers keep forgetting about feedback, 1:1s, or setting the OKRs. in the onboarding process, i do not get why i should activate those two modules and they are not activated by default. for the future - do you plan to integrate app with slack and ms teams? i guess that would make better sense to me than another standalone app.
@vladojsem Thank you for the feedback. The option to activate is given so that customers can choose which modules they want to use, as in the coming weeks, we will be releasing more new modules. Slack and teams integrations are in the works and you should be able to use them in January.
@rupakreddy makes sense. i was just wondering why to put it into app onboarding process. as the user would have this option also in the app afterwards. fingers crossed for launching the integrations π€
