Good morning hunters & a hearty Moin Moin from Germany 👋, we are Lili & Nicolas. Over the last months we've built Crewsby to offer professional grade training at scale and online. Today we are thrilled to launch our first version with everyone here. Video tutorials are awesome for tech & design skills. But leadership skills require adjustments in our personal behavior. Think of Crewsby like a gym for your leadership skills: 👉 exercises to try new behaviors 👉 stacks of 12 exercises each to gradually build new behaviors 👉 your personal crew of peers training w/ you 👉 weekly check-ins to reflect upon your improvements 🚀 We are launching today with two skills: - Radical Candor to help you communicate your appreciation - Kanban to help you reduce wasted effort We are working hard to improve the matching for peer crews, the training exercises and to add new skills. We've tested these exercises personally in different trainings and hope you'll find them valuable for your personal development.
