I like cove's approach. And the engineering behind the prompts are great. The only thing i wish if you would add visual aids in organizing cards. Maybe colors, arrows, instead or in addition to "@" mentions. In bigger projects the worksapce gets cluttered and its hard see which cards relate to which.
UX is engaging and makes doing the work more fun so I can get to the part of my job-to-be-done more efficiently and with improved context for my audience. Cove goes above and beyond in the digital whiteboard space by automating manual administrative tasks and increasing the quality and progress of my work. 1) The Chat Box responds with the quality and context I need by returning New Cards in seconds. It's as if I am collaborating with real people in the workspace. 2) Bonus differentiator: Fill feature on cards is akin to having conversations with a colleague to learn nuggets of new information you would not have known otherwise, while automatically organizing that content into cards on the whiteboard.
