Estimation is hard. I can rarely see teams doing it right. For my clients (usually Product owners and CxO type of management) the CoolEstimation tool (and Agemba for that matter) brings a potential failure of their goals out of the picture. Clarity of the estimates (big and small goals) and reliability of those are emensly valuable to decesion making.
Very few people love estimation. With this tool you are able to do it “right”.
