Convoy is an open-source webhooks service. It brings first-class support for several fragmented implementations of webhooks. We're building a webhooks infrastructure to help you publish webhook events from side-project to IPO.
This is the 3rd launch from Convoy. View more

Hey ProductHunt, We’re excited to launch Convoy Playground. Convoy Playground, just like the name is an entirely free and publicly accessible playground for testing and debugging webhook events, both for sending and receiving webhook events. We understand webhooks can sometimes be hard to test; having to build new API endpoints to test how your events will be received in different conditions, how you send them, the request and response headers and body, the whole stress. Our understanding of this strain is what leads us to build Convoy Playground, a platform you can visit, get a URL to receive test events and also set a test destination endpoint to send test events; and at the same time debug these events all on a simple and intuitive UI. Our mission is to enable engineers and engineering teams around the world with a reliable webhooks service and resource. We welcome you to try it out today using our getting started at https://playground.getconvoy.io and we always welcome your feedback, you can leave one for us on our community slack channel.

@emmanuelaina this is dope! always had to go use other tools to test ingress events, now we can use convoy end to end...
John Flash
@emmanuelaina is it possible to persist the generated ingress URL and events data to like a team account where everyone on a team can access it all?
Emmanuel Aina
@drflash No you can't persist a URL, you'll have to use Convoy it self to achieve that.

Congrats on the launch. Quick question, when using the playground, can I set the destination to localhost esp since I am testing on my computer?
Emmanuel Aina
@0xalzzy We currently don't support this, on Convoy Playground, but you can use our Convoy CLI for this.
