Convertable is a currency calculator with real-time conversion. It supports pretty much every currency there is (155 + Bitcoin) and will make sure you'll never overspend in another country again. It's me again with another app. This time it's a currency calculator with realtime conversion.
The idea of it came to me as a Daily UI challenge shot on Dribbble a long time ago (https://dribbble.com/shots/30301...).
The reason behind the app was a pain of calculating and converting things when traveling or getting paid in a different currency.
I remember the first time I went to Indonesia and instantly became a millionaire, it was incredibly confusing, how much I was actually spending. And while there are really nice converters out there, I was never quite satisfied with how it all worked. I wanted to have my calculation and conversion in one place, so I decided to actually build the app from the shot I made forever ago.
The app supports 156 currencies including Bitcoin, has unlimited calculation history and fully realtime mode.
Since my recent transition to a digital nomad lifestyle I find Convertable among my most used apps. I hope you find it as useful 🙌🏻
@subhakar_tikkireddy yes, I do, I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Android version basically exists already, but I need to polish it before publishing. But it's definitely coming, probably some time this month.
