I remember being involved in an amazing AMA on MakerHunt with @thomasknoll and his insights on building community were awesome...
My favourite part was how he thinks the name "Community Manager" is completely wrong and you can't actually manage a community - he prefers to position himself as a "Community Architect" :)
Also, this book is fitting today as our Founder, @rrhoover is at the Lean Startup Conf and will be discussing online community at 10.40am PT :)
