Coin Tick is the best way I've found to keep tabs on the crypto market at-a-glance on macOS. It's relatively lightweight, (0.5 - 1.5% CPU @ idle // ~20mb RAM). I haven't run into any issues and would highly recommend Coin Tick for anyone interested in keeping tabs on the crypto market.
