I love this. All the reasons you mentioned have prompted the creation of so many apps or businesses that have come and gone. All we wanted is a prettier and better UX on the existing Craigslist!

The Classy Craig google chrome extension seems great. I'm looking forward to trying it out. Just one thing that I noticed. In the pricing section, it's best to double check the words, to avoid making a typo mistake. In the "pricing" section, they wrote: Max Change Check Fequency, though it should be "Max Change Check Frequency"!
