Having seen the product grown from SCRATCH im super excited for v 2.0 There are so many benefits to all types of teams (IT, Sales, Recruitment, Finance, operations) which claap can bring. We decided to use Claap across different teams at Luko (finance, people, risks, compliance, impact...) with various use cases from the review of travel expenses to the introduction to strategic topics (to help leaders prepare for important meetings). Claap is intuitive to use and the team adopted it easily. In our asynchronous culture, it fitted very well ! it's a facilitator for complex topics (voice over are key) and it's making our routines more efficient. We keep exploring new use cases because we know we can make a lot out of Claap, even more so than we evolve in a regulated environment and it's critical we keep track of our decision-making processes. We tried a couple tools before, and the team never got onboard... I'm glad that we finally found the right one. It's game changer in our daily organization.
