I’m Ammara — Co-founder of Chronoflow.ai.

👩💻 Why I built Chronoflow:
Before founding Chronoflow, I experienced the job seeking process as an electrical engineer where despite having relevant job experience, recruiters wouldn't update me about my job application status or provide specific feedback to help me land a job faster. This fragmented experience wasn't just inefficient for recruiters; I experienced the other side of it firsthand.
Few months ago, I started working as a tech recruiter to understand the domain better. I realized that along with manual work done by the recruiters, communication delays make the recruitment process even longer. Recruiters need a system that facilitates seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers in a single, centralized system to easily keep track of all conversations.

While the product takes care of the redundant and time consuming tasks like scheduling interviews and maintaining notes across various stakeholders.

Recruiters are overwhelmed with work that they can barely find time to build/maintain a relationship. The purpose to bring the recruiters, hiring managers and candidates(coming soon) on one platform is to make collaboration easier. Emails or linkedin communication are dispersed and it's hard to keep track of the communication. Using ChronoFlow, you can keep track of all the communication without leaving the platform and that's how recruiters can maintain a great balance. Candidate tracking, submissions and communications are all in front of them without platform juggling. I hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask more questions and I am happy to answer them.
Really impressed with Chronoflow! It’s clear that this tool has a ton of potential for recruiters and hiring managers. Automating candidate communication and streamlining the hiring process seems like a game-changer.

Quick question: Does Chronoflow integrate with existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HR tools to help automate tasks across platforms?
