I was looking for a hotel for my trip and found one here at the lowest price. After some time, I needed to change the dates, so I contacted support. They informed me that the hotel policy didn't allow date changes, but assured me that they would try to resolve the issue. After a while, I received a voucher via email. Great 24/7 support! In general, I was satisfied with using the service. Low prices, you can make a reservation quite quickly, the interface is convenient. My booking went without any significant problems, although there were some points that could be improved, but the customer support is quick to respond to questions and resolve issues. I remain in a positive mood and hope for further improvement of the service.
Update: STAY AWAY THIS IS A SCAM SITE Site says 24/7 support but no reply to my change inquiry. Legal notice on the website says "Payment terms, including reservation deposits and cancellation policies, are specified at the time of booking and are subject to the hotel's policies." but no info at all nor at booking process nor in confirmation. Besides that there is no descirption of the room features such as info on bedding type while booking. Oveall very poor experience - thrown away my money.
The best website where you can find cheapest prices. I use it now as the main website for hotel booking, it just beats everything known before, easy, modern and cheap.
