Amazing product.
Centered is my daily focus driver. My three-step process to get into flow:
- Plug ANC Headsets.
- Add tasks to centered task list ( or bring in from Linear etc.) and start the session.
- Get focussed, and get to work.
After about 3-5 mins, I forget that there is a world outside the work I am focussing on.
Sanskrit calls it Ekagrata, Japanese call sit Ichigyo-zammai, English calls it Focus.
