
I use Center Health to supply my continuous glucose monitors, and I use the app to gather the information and to help me control my blood sugar. The customer service is top-notch: fast, clear, concise, and accurate. The AI helper in the app is great at providing insights and ideas for how to improve my blood sugar levels. I highly recommend them!
I have a high end phone, and the process is slow and buggy. Plug the device into my usb-c wait 5 to 10.seconds.. then insert a strip and wait another 5 to 10 seconds. Sometimes the strips are bad and I have to use 2 or 3 strips to get a good reading. in my opinion it isn't worth the wear and tear on the usb-c port to be constantly plugging and unplugging devices and the wait to get a reading. They have no phone support. So when I email them.. it was my try this.. that didn't work.. email them back.. wait 6 more hours for a reply on the next thing to try.. I need to check blood sugar 3 or 4 times a day. I can't wait two days playing email tag trying to make my meter work. I would not recommend.
Great meter, service, and savings. I really like all their products and the only time I needed to reach out to customer care the email back was quick and helpful. I highly recommend Center Health.
I've been using Center Health now for over 3 I think it is. Absolutely the best . The customer service is second to none . Ellie and Katlyn rock the customer service. Really affordable and really easy to use. I use the unlimited test strip plan and it is well worth it. The accuracy of the plug in meter and test strips is far superior to any store bought strips I've ever used. Thank you team at Center Health for the amazing product and service you provide 😃
I love it! I have been using it for over a year now. I trust how accurate it is. Tech support is slow but great. I think that is because they are west coast and I am mid west. I love the app. I can store all kinds of health info, diet, weight, blood pressure, temp and a lot more in the app. I can live share info with my medical team and my family as well. The have done several updates/upgrade over the past year and did not increase the price. There is only one thing I don't like. Due to a bad storm and a near by tornado we lost cellphone service and I could not check my sugar. It seems like you have to have internet / wifi ? to get the app to work. I use a lot of strips. Depending on the day 10 to 14 strips a day. I can't afford a CGM. So getting a 90 day supply for the cost of 2 bottles (100 strips) of my old provider is truly amazing. Besides the cellphone app you can log in and see save info on a internet desktop as well.
Signed up - was going well until I didn't need the product anymore - have been trying to cancel this service for over two weeks. Their "friendly@centerhealth" is not friendly - they simply ignore people who want out. Buyer beware - if you get in - you may never get out - I have to contest the payment they will try to take soon... but I've given myself over a month to cancel before the payment was due... a month... nothing friendly here.
Been using them for over 1 year. I absolutely love them. their app is fantastic, you can input as much or as little info as you want. I am using an I phone 8 and have no issues with my meter, I just had to get an extender due to my phone case. Customer service is great. I have never had to wait more than a couple hours for a response. I get extra strips when ever I need them and I get them with in 4-5 days of ordering them. I know some people complain about how long it takes to get strips, but I have never had that experience.
Center Health is a wonderful group to work with. They always work for the patient. If I had a problem, usually my fault, it was taken care of quickly. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and great at what they do.
Great product but where you fail miserably is that you don't allow someone to pause, stop, or cancel via the app. You have to submit a request that then goes to a support rep, which could take 24-48 hours for a response. Quite gatekeeping. I canceled my account for that reason. I don't do business with these types of companies. Surveys work. Gatekeeping doesn't.
