Cartshare: Social shopping through incentives for Shopify stores

We created CartShare to solve the problem of online shopping being a pretty isolated experience, when shopping in retail we typically do so with friends and family but online shopping is pretty much sitting in-front of a mobile or a laptop and clicking buttons and there are no incentives for us to share what we are buying with our friends and followers. Sure there are "Share on Twitter" buttons on every checkout page these days, however there is no real incentive for people to do so and as such discover what their friends are buying. So we decided to create an app that allows Shopify stores to do just that- Create Incentives for people to share their checkouts on social media. When a store has this plugin installed, It generates a unique referral link for that checkout and allows the store customers to share their shopping cart checkouts through the link and rich social-media cards. Others can buy the same cart with a single click which automatically populates their cart with the same items as the original checkout. Every time someone makes a purchase by clicking on the shared link both the principal and follower get cash back in the form of store-credits as defined by the store policy.
