Plus one to the negative reviews, my experience was similar. please do not buy from capsul jewelry - awful experience. Very low quality product, low quality customer support team, low customer experience, etc. please save your money. Do not fall for their website’s biased filtered reviews that only show great pictures and positive reviews. It’s a pretty abysmal product and customer experience: even if you reach out to customer support to surface a product issue they just keep dragging you along with no resolution.
