CanTicket has been designed to keep things simple for small and growing businesses. One solution for task management, time tracking, CRM, expenses, charge rates and a sophisticated client dashboard and reporting on business productivity tool.
Initally CanTicket, was designed as an internal tool after the overbearing frustration of the dreaded text messages "I know it's the weekend but can you help me with...."
Then came the issues (and costs) of using overlapping software solutions to run a hybrid team for my business and keep everything in one place.
It wasn't until a weekday afternoon where I was sitting in the waiting room of a fencing company and reading his whiteboard when I realised the true potential of how CanTicket can help so many small businesses streamline workflow, track time and capture lost expenses for multiple industrieds.
By the way, at this point I still was yet to know what SaaS and MVP stood for (Circa 2020).
