They were for us two years back as we scaled rapidly and were spending hours on per person reviews. Camaradly was created to address this. As it evolved it became a dedicated and safe space for team members and managers to have asynchronous conversations to: - Align on goals and priorities - Share happiness levels, hurdles, small wins - Give recognition and shoutouts for great work done, and constructive feedback where help is needed - Untangle and iron out issues with one another and the work environment We’ve had a few early adopters who have helped us evolve, and we’re excited to now open this up slowly to public with the following unique offering: How Camaradly is Unique ___________________________ 1.
