Here's how it works:
You schedule calls for your loved ones and inform them about the call. The call will come from the same number, so you can add it to their contacts to ensure it's recognized as a safe number.
Your loved ones will have a short and natural conversation with the AI. The AI will try to imitate a therapist, guiding them through a set of questions to gauge mental wellness.
After the conversation ends, we run the transcript through another AI to analyze the conversation and output three major quantifiable metrics: Engagement, Interaction, and Cognition.
Over time, you and your loved ones will be able to track the trend of each metric. If there's any significant decline, you can decide if seeking professional medical care is needed.
Of course, nothing beats your presence with your loved ones. Regular calls or being with them can also help keep their mental wellness in check.
