HORRIBLE!!! I sent money to a YouTube friend in Mauritius, she didn’t receive it. I had to email this poorly run company more than 6 times to get a real Info. Then they told me they had refunded my money, only it’s not in my account. Looking more & more like a giant scam. If they don’t find my money, I will file a police report.
Dear Jeani, I want to clarify that refunds are only processed for creators' accounts if they are deactivated due to a violation of our terms. If we've informed you that the amount has been refunded, it can only be sent to your registered account. Could you please check your bank account to confirm? Probably there are many services like this out there, but this one "just works". Even when you have a problem, the customer service is great. Love the product!
Pretty good tool if you want to receive tips or initiate a conversation. If your purpose is limited to such a use case, BMC will serve the purpose. If you want more, you will have to hunt for more comprehensive alternatives.

Our payment processor will be initiating a refund of your outstanding balance and payments back to your supporters after 30 days from account deactivation. Alternatively, you can refund the payments back to your supporters and afterward, this should take 5-10 business days to reach their respective balances."
This is the final verdict as trusted people wanted to fund me, please remove this company from reality, I had shared everything and complied with everything, and gave all the details they requested. They collected the rest of my supporter's money and decided to steal them. This company should be sued for its expertise in stealing people's funds. All they conclude is super sorry that they are stealing my faithful supporter's fund. Please someone bring them to the court and remove them from existence. They do not allow you to explain the suspicious failed payments, etc... They are the ones who did not allow the payment to go through. Therefore, they are banning me so I cannot use BMC and so should many people stop using them too.
