Eating just the right amount made me way more productive
I started being more mindful about how much I eat and it made a big difference in how productive I feel during the day.
I read somewhere that you should stop eating when you’re about 80 percent full. I tried it for a week and it actually helped. I don’t get super sleepy after meals anymore and I don’t feel as heavy when I’m trying to focus.
I also realized I wasn’t really paying attention to how much I burn during workouts. Sometimes I’d overeat just because I worked out, but turns out I didn’t burn as much as I thought. That's why I build BurnMeter to easily track my calories burn. It just makes things easier to balance.
Not saying everyone needs to count calories, but being aware of your input and output helps a lot if you're trying to stay sharp throughout the day.
