bummer

I was recently having a conversation with a friend of mine about all my failed projects. It got me thinking if there is any platform that allows to create a résumé of failures which I can share with the world. I searched and all I found were a bunch of CV builder apps that focuses on your accomplishments. But I wanted one that is all about failures, so I immediately hand-drawn a blueprint of what the app should look like. Once I have the blueprint ready, I started thinking about a suitable name for the app. After considering many options I settled down with “bummer”. Bummer means a disappointing or unpleasant situation or experience. The domain bummer.me was available so I immediately purchased it and started working on the app idea. That’s how bummer was born. Let’s see if bummer succeeds to collect bunch of bummer stories or end up as an entry on my bummer profile.

Good site, I needed it, finally I was able to comment on all my failures in my life, anonymously, but I did.
