The best feature of this software is its user-friendly interface, which makes navigation seamless and intuitive. Additionally, their responsive customer support ensures an excellent user experience. I use this platform daily to manage all my social media accounts and schedule posts at various times for optimal engagement. It's also incredibly easy to integrate with all our organization's social media accounts in just a few seconds.
I’ve been managing social media for a few different businesses, and Buffer has become one of those tools I just keep coming back to. It’s super intuitive—no need to waste time figuring things out—and even with the free plan, it covers most of what early-stage startups need. Scheduling, multi-channel posting, simple analytics… it all just works. What I really appreciate is how easy it is to onboard clients who aren’t very tech-savvy. They get it right away. Honestly, for teams starting out with limited budgets and a lot to prove, Buffer feels like the right partner.

its good to manage your social accounts but it is sometimes bit irritating to handle it caused many bugs like unshorten the link got hanged
