Worst solution ever. I've cancelled my subscription since November 2024 and they are still charging me till March 2025. What's worse...why is there customer service taking more than a day to reply? Do they not work?
Hi Dominik – sorry that you had a poor experience. You left this review right as we were scaling our customer support team while our user base was nearly doubling every month. We have since added the ability to download your invoices on the dashboard too.
