Bloom is a really cool product if you are a freelancer or operate a small team. I use the tool daily to run a headshot portrait studio and a photo booth rental company. The workflows help me keep in touch with the team and assign different tasks to different people. They make it easy to see my business operations from a high level so I can better prioritize what to put my attention on. Coming from 17hats before it's nice to use something that is actually getting valuable updates and has a team that cares about the product. As opposed to using something that literally has not changed in the past 7 years. If you're a small business owner, this is definitely something to try out for yourself.
