What a gem of an OCR! The increase in productivity for content creators and course developers like myself is incredible! In the past, whilst researching topics, I had to manually type notes from the source docs and images into my docs. With Blackbox OCR it's child play. I just highlight the text I need and copy and paste it into Google docs as correctly formatted text. It is very easy to use and the results are accurate. Any downsides? No, none really, except that I wish there was a native Linux version. Still, at least I can use the Firefox/Chrome extension for everything inside the Browser. Thank you so much to the Blackbox OCR for developing this add-on!

What is it now? You sold lifetime deals for 10 USD, a week later for 50 USD (who paid that amount, really?!) on AppSumo. You got a ton of customers left in doubt about accessing your service - which now turns out to be what? An OCR scanner? A Video hosting platform? I tested your scanner, or better: wanted to, but by requesting FULL READ & WRITE ACCESS to my local computer with your desktop app (for a OCR Scanner?!) I happily ditched that idea. Sorry guys. I got no clue about your real intentions and motivation but know for sure that you leave a seriously BAD taste across the board. Its the first time for me ever, givng some aspiring makers such a bad rating and feedback - take it serious and change your habbits, communications and way you do business - if you want to have such a thing in a month forward. My rating: Burned. Product & Team.
