They reduced the bill by canceling services, something anyone can do. Then take 40% for two years. the point of hiring them is negotiating a lower bill while maintaining current level of service. Any idiot can save me money by canceling things.

They have 24 month CAP and guy just negotiated with ATT with an increase . i cannot believe it.
I used Billshark in the hope to get savings that I can't get on my own. But they simply choose the lower cost plan and charge me 40% which I can just do it by clicking a button on my App. What a scam
AWFUL. Do no use. This company has the most repulsive and predatory attitude that it makes pawn shops look good in comparison. They will force you to be a customer even if you can’t afford to renew the services and even after they had “cancelled” my subscriptions as I was told, only to find out that they didn’t and kept charging me for services I didn’t want even if they saved me, which wasn’t worth the inability to control how long you want to stay with them. It is similar to the experience of having the crazy girlfriend that wouldn’t leave you and can’t stop spending your money even after you have changed your cards. Stay away. Their BBB, Google and other reviews and complaints should be 90% worse.
They are predators, plain and simple. They are trying to bill me two years after a trial service and I had no they accessed my cable account on my behalf. What they are trying to charge me for is a total joke. The rate for unbundled services after they UN-bundled what I had done. None of the "what could be improved" applies. What is important to know is that they are blood-suckers who hide their terms and aren't honest with consumers.
They somehow accessed a bank account I rarely use and they sent me an invoice asking to pay to see only a day later after the invoice was sent they charged this account anyways. I found them through mint and not sure if that’s how they accessed it or not. And customer service refused to refund that account to let me pay out of another. Beyond annoying and frustrating.
