I tried a bunch of different bug capture tools, and BetterBugs met my small team's needs for free. I can quickly capture a screen shot or recording, voice over it if needed, mark it up, and submit it along with a bunch of debug info into a Linear ticket. Only wish it also existed for Safari, since we do QA in a few different browsers.

BetterBugs is shockingly good. I used to dread reporting bugs. This tool makes it almost enjoyable. It handles all the complicated stuff. I feel like a rockstar.

I used a similar tool before, but BetterBugs has many options for screen recording and capture. Also, it has seamless integration with tools like Jira, Linear, Slack, and more. It works very smoothly with integration, and it's helping me a lot in my daily work. The dev team and I like some features called console logs and network logs; it's very helpful for the dev team to debugging and resolving issues quickly.
