I have been using BetterBugs for almost a year now. Definitely, one of the coolest tools out here. It's lightweight, snappy, and connects instantly with Jira and GitHub. Really convenient to raise issues with all the logs and screenshots. Two thumbs up to the BB team. Love it! ✨

I tried a bunch of different bug capture tools, and BetterBugs met my small team's needs for free. I can quickly capture a screen shot or recording, voice over it if needed, mark it up, and submit it along with a bunch of debug info into a Linear ticket. Only wish it also existed for Safari, since we do QA in a few different browsers.
