Bespoke attaches a live chat to any link you share, enabling you to turn your influence into sales. Chat boxes appear natively embedded on 3rd party web pages including Wikipedia, Medium and just about anywhere else!
@yannick_mthy Thanks Yannick! So, real answer: Bespoke is a proxy rather than a publisher. We serve up the website's content as-is, including ads!
This means Bespoke is actually helping websites earn money by driving traffic to their ads. Everyone I've showed this to has really liked it, but if a website really doesn't want to be embedded somewhere, they can always block embeds through their content policy.
Oh, and websites can also apply to our profit-sharing program: https://bespoke.app/#publishers
@joe_finn Hey Joe, fair point - it's not very obvious, but we actually do need your LinkedIn information. You see, we have big plans for Bespoke, and future updates are going to focus on helping marketers and publishers work together to provide real value-added marketing.
Don't worry, this free tool will be unaffected, but we want to create an ecosystem of value-added marketing products.
Part of Bespoke's appeal to publishers is that we can connect their audience with industry experts. You see, we can't have non-doctors running around and endorsing random medications. In order to prevent this abuse, and keep the quality of interaction between marketers and publishers high, we have to make sure you're qualified.
Since the demo actually gives you a live, sharable bespoke chat at the end, we need to make sure you're not selling nukes to children ;)
Hey Louis! Looks like a really promising new product. Just two questions: 1. Does Bespoke works on websites which won't allow to "iframed"? 2. What are the integrations? Is it possible to add links or even videos to the chat?
@dmuellr Hey Dominic, thanks for the kudos -- much appreciated!
1. Yes. Sometimes an iframe is enough, but Bespoke is clever enough to detect when an iframe isn't working and find a solution (i.e. a smart web proxy)
2. Currently we have integrations for your Facebook tracking pixel and Google Analytics. A Slack integration will be released very shortly, as will WhatsApp, Discord, HubSpot and SalesForce. Is there something specific you were looking for?
3. Links are currently supported. Photos and videos are a planned feature, but not yet ready.
@dmuellr@joe_finn Quick update: we now have a Zapier integration that addresses this issue. Feel free to DM me if you need help getting that set up. A REST API is in the works.
