Stay away from Beautiful.ai. It might look fancy and attractive on the outside, but my experience was anything but beautiful. I signed up for a free trial, decided it wasn’t for me, and cancelled. You’d think that would be the end of it, right? Wrong. They went ahead and charged me not once, but twice. When I reached out to their support team for help and a refund, they flatly refused.
A fraudulent company that has one line written for their refund policy for monthly payments i.e. we don’t provide refunds on monthly payments. I signed up for a free trial but was unable to find what I was looking for i.e. AI text to slides option. Since they don’t have the option to cancel on their mobile website and I’d isn’t have access to a desktop at the time, I could not cancel the trial and they charged me the full fee. I later requested for a refunded citing these reasons and was sent a message with a refund policy page which literally had that one line as mentioned above. I’ve disputed the payment with my bank and would highly recommend people to stay clear form this website - there are number outs other alternatives that are way better, some even cheaper and defiantly with better customer service that you can explore.
Stay away from the Beautiful.ai website!! I signed up with a monthly subscription and then cannot log in to my account to proceed. And you do not know if they will charge you or not. It looks like a scam company out there. Stay away from this headache! Definitely do not recommend it!
