The telemetry data showing how code changes impact upstream/downstream services is critical to helping our team know what to focus on. A lot of code changes started getting rubber stamped because people aren't familiar with certain languages, don't understand the style of the submitter, or don't understand the purpose of the underlying code and this helps everyone know where breaking changes could occur.
