Tests results promised in 5-7 business days. I’m on week 3 and still no word. Will never use them again, definitely do not recommend this company for at home testing. Should of stuck with Everlywell.
Cancelled my subscription because my results were incredibly different from blood test results I had taken around the same time. I don't believe their saliva test to be accurate. I had to contact them multiple times to cancel and instead of canceling the subscription, they paused it which caused another test to be sent to me without my permission. when I emailed them, they would only refund me 70% of the order even though I have written proof I asked for a cancellation prior. be warned.
