It’s been 2 years since we first launched here on Product Hunt. Since then, we’ve made countless improvements to the product and worked with thousands of businesses to make their teams more productive and impactful. We’ve also learned the most important aspect of any automation platform is how simple it is to set up new automation. Hi Everyone! I am Artem, co-founder and CTO of Bardeen. We've worked on this update for the past year, the most extensive update we've ever released. From the first day, our goal has been to make automation easy and accessible to everyone. Like everyone, we were forced to rethink our product when LLMs became widespread. While our vision and the high-level goal remained largely the same, the actual user experience and implementation have undergone some radical adaptation. Two facts were central to every design decision that we made: 1) LLMs are far from perfect, and 2) the user HAS to stay in control. Our goal was to make sure that you, the user, can benefit from everything that generative AI models can offer and make it as easy and intuitive as possible to build, modify, and customize your Agents while staying in control and knowing exactly what is happening under the hood. We still have a very long way to go, but we are really proud of the results we've achieved so far. Please give it a spin and let us know what you think!
