Bank off is blocked my card without any reason and didn’t reply for phone calls and e-mails. No further notices. Please be aware of such service in future

This is scam. They have blocked all communication bin their bots, making all the money inaccessible
Blocked card and not allowed to withdraw money, telegram bot send fixed message, without ability to access menu
I bought 841 usdt since 17th of February, 2022 (1:03pm). It's more than 7 business days and yet to receive it in my wallet. All effort to communicate or reach out to the customer care service prove abortive. Kindly help check and assist. Your assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.
