I am not a tech person so I am not the one who built our app on it but as the one who manages the users on the app I have to say that even for me (non-tech) I managed to figure it out pretty easily. More importantly though, their support team is very responsive.
well, to say it short - it's a border-breaking tool. i'm currently using their GPT plug-in, and right now i'm creating a crm prototype app without typing a single line of code. even two years back from now - it seemed not possible. I hope back4app would continue to implement that text-to-app principle, it's just amazing. Now you can create something just by having an idea, without need to learn for years.

Back4app has the most professional support I seen in my life. They are very responsive and cooperative. Any problem is resolved quickly
It's pretty easy to use and simple to configure, Parse is well documented, so is the website so far. The Pricing Tiers seem fair, although I have not decided to pay yet as my projects have not scaled enough.
I'm thrilled that I stumbled upon Back4App. It has made a world of difference in my IoT solutions development work, making it so much easier for me to craft reliable, scalable, and adaptable solutions.
